Vee Valentine brings a smoky, intimate voice to easy-listening pop and jazz-inflected lounge music. Born and raised in Chicago, she began formal vocal training as a pre-teen and was drawn early to the emotional depth of classic jazz and sophisticated lounge standards. That foundation still shapes everything she does.
Her sound sits where timeless elegance meets modern ease. Think candlelit rooms, late conversations, and melodies that refuse to leave you alone. She performs around the Chicago area and its suburbs, where audiences come for the voice and stay for the atmosphere.
Now Vee is stepping into her own voice as a songwriter. She is working with Nashville songwriter and producer Scotty Davis on a collection of original songs that pair her signature delivery with fresh, emotionally sharp writing. First original releases are planned for late 2026 and early 2027.
A voice made for the hours when the city softens, and for the songs she’s only just beginning to tell.
