Hey guys!

I wanted to fill you in on the cheap filming lights and vlogging setup that I recently purchased. I don’t know if you guys have noticed, but these new additions have allowed me to upgrade the quality of my Youtube videos and pictures that I post here on Veevalentine.com.

I knew that the quality would be what set me apart from a beginner blogger. I want to be taken seriously, and needed filming equipment that would allow me to produce the quality that I was hoping for. If you guys haven’t learned by now, I am frugal Fran when it comes to spending. I hate spending crazy amounts of money. So I took to YouTube and Amazon to find the equipment that I currently utilize, all for under $100.

I usually only use one of the lights to film and take pictures. Just so you can get a clear idea of how powerful one of the lights I purchased is, here’s a picture that I took in my room around 5:30pm with no outside light source and low room lights.

I purchased a softbox lighting set, tripod, and iPhone adapter (which allows me to film on my tripod using my phone.
