My name is Jervishia, affectionally known as Vee, by many of my closest friends. I created this space to bring you content based on the many aspects of my life that make me…Vee. You’ll find posts chronicling my weight loss journey , tackling my 26th birthday bucket list, fashion and beauty tips I’ve learned along the way, events, reviews, and so much more. I just want to share my life with you as I try to figure it all out, and grow into the person I am destined to be.
In short, I’m the quintessential Taurus, and lover of all things Trap. I am a digital Goddess with 5,011 degrees, just trying to let her greatness be great. My favorite artist is Jeezy, Whitney Houston, or Janet Jackson, depending on the day, and my spirit animal will forever be K. Michelle.
In June of 2012 I began a school social media project that required me to create a blog, and learn to promote it via social media over the course of the semester. That project turned into a celebrity entertainment website that received 2-3,000 hits a day. FemaleReloaded.com hosted weekly Twitter chats, spotlighted campus fashion, tackled celebrity gossip, and answered fitness, sex, and relationship questions sent in by readers.
I partnered with the Style Network to promote their new reality television shows, and Tha After Party Radio as a content contributor. I even had the opportunity to provide internship credit for other students.
Around 2015 I had a 3 (wo)man team and I was just beginning to find my groove when I fell out of love with my passion. 3 years in, and I was tired. I realized that I no longer cared to report daily celebrity gossip, and had lost touch with who I was outside of the gossip.
After finishing graduate school I decided to get back into my blogging pastime, but with a new goal in mind. I wanted to focus on me, and building a solid readership that shared the same values, trials, and goals as myself.
I’m looking forward to where this road will take me, and I’m bringing you along for the ride.
